When I picked up my car I noticed my tire pressure was very low. So I stopped and aired it up. I woke up to a completely flat tire. When I took it in for repairs they showed me the hole in my tire and the bent rim. When I called the location where the repairs were done they told me they had called me Thursday night to let me know there was a while but I was in class and didn't get the calll. But when I spoke to them on Friday when they let me know it was ready for pick up nor when I actually picked it up did anyone bother to mention this to me. At 3:30 I could have driven straight to the dealership to take care of this problem. But now I have to drive on my spare not to mention the time spent waiting on rioadside assistance or the potential for a blow out I risked because I was not informed of the hole in my tire. Ernesto did not seem concenened when I called to inquire about my tire. I have used this particular location in the past and been satisfied but this time I am completely unsatisfied.
