Your team did a great job keeping me informed regarding the status of the repair of our Subaru Outback. However, we are disappointed that there are several issues with the repair work. There is a vibration near the muffler whenever the car is accelerated, the lift gate leaked water during a heavy rainstorm this past weekend, the rear camera is constantly in a blurred state making it almost worthless, and there is still a strong paint smell in the cabin of the car even 4 days after picking up the vehicle.
