I have never had better customer service from a auto service center From the ladies up front to the e nails keeping me informed As to what was happening. Donnie was my contact and he is so Personable and professional. I felt like I could count on them to do a great job. I was never worried. I will recommend Service King to all.

I wish that the agent in charge of getting things ready at service king would have done his job. The progressive agent said he was going to call and have paper work started but when i got there no paper work had been done. Service king lady had to type everything in computer then rental wasnt ready. Paper work again had to be filled out. Spent way to much time there waiting and waiting.
