Service King North Waco

Had some body work done in the past. This way by far my best experience ever.Robert Kolscheen was awesome and kept me posted through the whole process. Will definitely recommend service king to anyone looking for repaires!

There is still a problem with my driver side door. I put in a call to Bob and will talk with him on Monday about it.

Kori was excelllent. Always relayed messages very kindly and promptly. However; we were told to have the car at Service King on December 29th. We had it there early and was told it would be ready within a week. Checked on vehicle Tuesday and it had not even moved from the spot we had left it in. Car was ready in 16 days! 9 days after it was promised which cost my family 225 in rental car fees. This accident was not even our fault. The responsible party had State Farm insurance and the other insured (it was in there for two differ t accidents) geico was the other. We chose to use you instead of c&c becasue the it was convenient to have the rental car place so close. Again, we loved that we were kept informed but when you're told it will be ready in a week and 16 days later you finally get to pick it up but it cost you 225 on a accident that wasn't even your fault makes me very dissatisfied.
