You had my truck for almost two months, only to tell me it was totaled. I was told it was headed to the body shop, and absolutely no form of communication for 3 whole weeks until I initiated a phone call. I was told my truck would be ready on 12/22, so when I called on 12/20 just to make sure we were still on track I was told it was totaled. Prior to me calling on 12/20 the last communication I had was an email on 11/29 telling me body repairs were being done. If you’re going to total out my **** then don’t make me wait two months in hopes of getting my truck back!! Terrible, terrible customer service. The worst I’ve ever seen. Oh...and when I finally went to get the stuff out of my totaled vehicle, the woman at the front desk was a total ****. It was as if I was doing her a disservice and putting her out by asking for my key and asking her to show me where my truck was...after I was the one who had just driven two hours to get my **** because they wouldn’t tow my truck to a location closer to my home.

What more can I say,from the office personnel to the repair shop, you are wonderful and thank you so much.

The whole experience went over my expectations. People at Service King were friendly and professional. They were texting me on the status of my car repair, which I found it very convenience. My vehicle was a new model and they made sure that replaced parts were new. I trust Service King and if I ever need any repairs in the future I will definitely come back to Service King!
