The advisor was not prompt in returning my calls regarding the date of completion and cost. Additionally, I was given a revised quote that caused me to incur additional out of pocket costs. While the manager reduced this somewhat , it was only after I complained. I feel the additional cost was due to a poor initial estimate and I should not have incurred any additional expense. As I told my advisor, this was third issue in a recent series of repairs. I started doing business with this branch as Wade Auto Body and this is not the same customer service.

The wrong part was placed over my tire, my car drives differently now, and the girl that finished my paperwork bashed my dad the entire time. Lack of professionalism won’t pass for me.

I’m glad that I'm not paying the $12,000 that you charged the insurance company. Because the quality of the job done to my car is unacceptable.
The only good thing that I experienced was the lady who was in charge of giving me the updates and the information about what was going on with my car. But as far as the job done to my car, it was absolutely horrible. From the damaged refurbished door that was placed on my car, to the dirty and cheap tint that was placed on my windshield. The job was very poorly done and is unacceptable.
