Only negative feedback was we were told initially to bring vehicle in and a rental would be there for us. When we arrived, no rental, followed by a long wait for ERAC & then had to be driven to ERAC for the car, followed by an even longer wait at ERAC office. I understand a majority of this is not on SK and that it’s more of an ERAC issue. However, my only suggestion is to set better expectations for those who are on a tight schedule. Otherwise, SK did a fantastic job in all other phases!!!! Kudos & thank you!!!!

Lack of communication, the communication I did receive was incorrect after I specifically requested to be notified about when car would be completed due to travel needed. It took an additional week from the time I was told a test drive was all that was left in repairs. Very unsatisfied with the whole experience.

You had the car for 3 weeks, which was fine. It sat ready for 2 days because we were out of town. Came by to pick it up and the front bumper had blotchy paint? I noticed it right off, why didn’t You the professional? That was Friday at 2:00 pm. I drive about 45 min one way to your shop. I was told the car would be ready for Saturday morning. I appreciated that. Drove back in town to pick up on Saturday morning. The paint looked fine but the car door caution light stays on. I showed the lady and unfortunately no one was there to fix it. So another trip to your shop. NOT SATISFIED!! Unfortunately for you I was not the only one picking up a vehicle that was not satisfied with your customer service and quality control that day. You should pay the poor lady at the desk on Saturdays more money to cover for all of your mistakes to customers that come in on Saturdays as she is all alone. Have the MANAGER there to receive the feedback. I hope to finally get my car fixed and am quite sure I will not be a future customer nor recommend your shop.
