Everyone was helpful, informative and up front about the process, costs, and possible types of damages they might find once the bumper was removed (might be as minimal as ... or as extensive as ...). I was kept up to date and fully informed throughout the process. Based on the photographs, I would say that the technicians were thorough and efficient in their approach to repairing my car. They could have gouged me, but they didn't. They did what was best for the life of my car with the least impact on my pocketbook. And the service reps made sure that I understood each step as we went through the repairs- recognizing my anxieties without ever talking down to me. I understand now why you were recommended to me, and I would definitely recommend you to others.

Very poor coordination of time for repair. We were told 4/12 completion, then 14, then 15, then 17, then 18, then 19 and finally able to pick it up on the 20th. Interior was a mess, seats were filthy. Now seeing where shortcuts were made in repairs. Will strongly recommend to Liberty Mutual to remove this facility as a preferred repair center.

I did not receive a summary of what was being repaired on the vehicle until I came to pick it up. I was also not pleased at being notified by email early in on a Friday that the vehicle was at 50% completion and would need to be picked up on the following Monday and then receiving a call in noon hour that the car was ready to pick up. I could not pick up the car that Friday because I had made plans based off of the initial email communication.
