Service king went above and beyond my expectations When that repaired my car. They even took care of some minor scratches As a courtesy. I was so pleasantly surprised when I looked over the repair.

Incomplete and messy work.

Don stayed on top on his game with follow up calls to let me know how my car was doing. It took a little longer than expected but I know Service King was making sure my car was perfectly repaired. Thank you guys for the great work and customer service provided. I now know where to take my cars for repairs and or recommend you to my family and friends. Thanks a lot from my family. Very nice experience overall. Thought the bill was a tad too high for the amount of damage, but then again, I’m no expert.

When I picked the car up I left your shop and went approximately 2 miles and the car overheated… The radiator was almost dry. Because it was Saturday I had to get it fixed myself because your shop only had one employee working on Saturday and she was busy getting cars back to customers. Also the battery was disconnected to do the repairs and the technician broke the positive terminal battery cover because when I open the hood with the radiator issue I saw the cover in the engine bay by the master cylinder. There was quite a bit of rubbing compound in the seams. The final issue is the steering wheel is crooked when the car is going straight. The repair on the bodywork was done very well and I’m happy with that color match is great and I had them do a few other things and those were done very well. This is the second time I’ve sent this and still nobody has called me which disappoints me greatly not sure you guys really care and are committed to customer satisfaction.

The actual work was beautifully done. But while my car was there it got scratches on the driver side door I already had some previous scratches on there as well but now I got more and the Receptionist told me that there were scratches so l would like to talk to someone and see if anything can be done. You guys does excellent work. Thanks and I’ll be waiting for your call.
