This is the second time in a year that I’ve had to have car repairs. I always get excellent customer service and they are very on schedule when they tell you your car will be ready. Both times it was actually ready ahead of schedule. They continuously update you with the status of your vehicle both text message and/or email on a daily basis so you know went expect your vehicle to be ready and at what point they are during the different repairs. David was the one that handled everything at the front upon my check-in and Kelly was the one who did performed inspections of my car explained the process! Awesome experience! Thank you! The first body shop that I’ve received an estimate from, which was only 11 minutes from my home, but they were extrememely rude. I drove an extra 20-30 minutes out of my way just to return to Service King because of my positive experience or year ago. :)

Kelly is an incredible asset to your organization. She goes above and beyond, please recognize her for outstanding customer service and professionalism. She deserves a raise and a 2 week paid vacation to the destination of her choosing. The young man at the front desk is also outstanding and genuinely cares about the customers, I recommend a raise for him as well. Overall impressive staff and service, congratulations to upper management for your keen eye in recognizing good people. My hope is you will reward them accordingly. Thank you, Brad S

I appreciate that I received update messages as the work was being done. My car was clean when I picked it up and the job was so well done that my car looked new. In the past I have used other collision repairs but in the future Service King will be the only repair I will use. Thank you for your extreme professionalism and excellent work.
