The door panel was ordered but recieved damaged so it took longer then the estimated date. I had very little communication and had to call to find out what the status was. The car repair itself was fantastic. Definitely a good job on that. Communication was a little lacking though.

Service King has a serious issue with customer communications. The local people say one thing and your robo-texts say something totally different. The time estimates for the work differed by THREE days! The quality of the work was excellent but the disconnect between corporate and the local team is very stressful to the customer. You need to get your act together.
