Throughout the entire process I was never contacted about what was being fixed on my car or the status. When arriving at service king I saw my car sitting right up front, went to take a look and all the doors we're unlocked. A woman, named Kelly later greeted me w/ nothing but poor customer service, could not tell me what was fixed on the vechile, could not provide a copy of the estimate, and when I had questions & complains about damages that were not repair she told me to "take the car to some other repair shop".

It went three days past when it was supposed to be completed. Which caused me to pay for a rental car for 3 more days . Geico apparently made it more difficult than it should be. Being the fact that you have a Geico adjuster at your Deer Valley location they should have gotten there a lot sooner and not wasted an entire day on getting my truck fixed. As for you're Bell Road location I was very pleased with everyone there.

My experience at service king was awesome. I felt like we were in the same page in every step of the process, they told me how long it would take to get my car fixed; and they also kept me up-to-date with text messages informing me what they were doing. When I pick my car up today, it was clean and the job was done by a perfectionist. I’m happy to say that I am satisfied with the job.
