Kelly **** actually drove my car to my house all the way across town as a convenience to me when she realized we had chosen that Service King location because of a positive past experience. I was unaware it would be a used tailgate and I would have to settle for a much lower quality than I had prior to the theft. It took 3 weeks and then I still don’t have a camera connection due to it being cut. The service was above expectations, since a lock was added, but, overall not completely satisfied.
