Kelly our service advisor was great. She kept us informed through out the process. I know as far as the timing of the car being down does not fall on her. It was in the shop for 75+ days. 3 eta changes and no since of urgency on getting the car fixed. I was in a rental and was paying for out of pocket $****,700+ just in a rental while making MONTHLY payment on a car I just purchase. At day 54 Rob the manager reached out to me and did not want to give me a promise date in fear that they could not deliver and took over the rental for the final 10+ days. I received the car about 2 weeks later. In the conversation with rob he mentioned that when a car comes into the shop it is in the shop for about 10.5 to 15 days....what the heck happened 75days. While that location was making money I dumped $2,600+ dollars. Like I said Kelly was great our experience with her was perfect. However on the repair side I will never return nor will I recommend service king. I am very disappointed

Had to clean grease, black finger prints on the front and back seats, and seat belt straps. I would think you would cover all the seats with plastic, and wash hands before anyone touched anything. Spent a lot of time cleaning the inside of my car. Disappointing!

The team at the collision center are nothing short of amazing. I would hire any of them in a heartbeat they are fabulous. The call center needs work. I don’t have anything positive to say about that team.

This is my 2nd time through the body repair process and your team is just as good this time as the first. Kelly was thorough in assessing the damage and the rest of the team did an excellent job fixing it. David was a pleasure to work with completing the paperwork. I don't recommend getting into fender benders but it's good know there's a Service King around to put thing back where they belong.

I signed up to be kept updated through texts and the last time I got my car fixed, I was updated very thoroughly and had a good idea of when my car was going to be finished. This time, I did not receive any updates until the day they thought my car would be done. I had made arrangements to go pick my car up after multiple texts and a phone call confirming that it would be done by the end of the day. Well I decided to call before I picked it up and they said it would not be ready by Friday evening. So, I had to go through the weekend without a car which was really frustrating after being told many times that it would be ready by Friday and after having to change my arrangements around so last minute. I understand that things don’t always go as planned but I would appreciate better updates if I signed up for them.
