Regarding my recent visit, I dropped off my 2016 Cadillac ATS-V sedan for rear-end damage at Service King off Bell Road and the AZ-51 freeway. I had a wonderful experience at this Service King location, as I always do. Mr. Steven Surico is professional, kind, and extremely helpful in getting my vehicles repaired. Steven always goes above and beyond answering all of my questions and keeping me up to date. Additionally, Steven sends me detailed emails w/ photographs and phone calls throughout the entire process of the repair. The text message updates were helpful and was one of my favorite features. I have had my vehicles at this Service King in the past and Steven always does an amazing job helping me throughout the entire process. I'm particular with my cars and always feel completely comfortable dropping them off with Mr. Surico. I appreciate the quality of work and will continue to come here in the future. Many thanks!

we came in for an estimate on Monday afternoon and were encouraged to leave the car and get our rental because parts typically come in the next day. Our parts didn’t arrive until Friday so we had the rental car many more days than necessary. No wonder insurance premiums are so high when this type of expense is unnecessary. We should have waited for the parts to arrive then brought the car in for repair and pick up the rental. Lesson x learned! The car repair was great. SK did a wonderful job and Kelly our service rep was very apologetic about the delay in parts.

Please do not contact me unless Service King is willing to compensate me for my time spent driving back and forth to the location when the vehicle was not fully repaired. The service advisor should already be aware of the issue. Communication and updates via the text service was inaccurate and only caused further confusion and frustration. It should be abandoned altogether. I will be sharing my experience with my insurance company. Adam K
