Dennis Golden is just a wonderful representative of Service King. Dennis is very attentive when assessing the vehicle for damage , asks poignant questions in such a manner that really eases the anxiety and worry of having the vehicle repaired. Dennis truly seems to enjoy his job as he is smiling, telling silly jokes to to lighten the mood and had a nice Midwestern handshake. Dennis kept his word about following up on part arrival and when the repair ( swap out broken side mirror) for a new one. He was flexible on the arrival time which, again, decreased the anxiety of not making the appointment. Dennis makes me feel like he is there for me and only me during our time. He also is very humble about his work and going above and beyond most (60-70%) persons in similar type of contract. Again, to wrap up, Dennis is kind, professional, trustworthy, and does go above and beyond in his car of his clients. Having this interaction with****, Service King is the only business I refer people to and now**** will be an addition to any recommendations. When I had called back about my car leaking coolant the woman who answered the phone that was really rude and also suggested I drive my car back to the shop which was not safe to do at all. I am pretty disappointed in that area of the customer service I received.

Kelly and her team at service king on bell road have once again exceeded my expectations. Kelly is knowledgeable and communicates wonderfully with customers concerning auto repairs and updates.
