I can’t believe how wonderful every interaction I had with the Service King staff! From the moment I walked in to have Gary assess the damages on my 2015 Toyota 4 Runner, to the consistent follow up from Gary and Mike throughout the repair process. They understood the pickle I was in but didn’t over commit. They were up front with how long these repairs realistically take however demonstrated how they were making a genuine effort to be ahead of the date that they committed to. Even the staff that answered the phone and called to update me were always pleasant! I couldn’t ask for a better experience considering I was in an accident and stressed out! Thank you to all of the Service King staff! Where I work we talk about how our brand should reflect the experience we want our customers to have, Service King was an amazing experience!

Had to call to see if my car was ready. Turned in the rental And they let it sit from Saturday to Monday. Rental company thought I had the car and charged me. Had to do most of the managing of the people that work there. Just go get an idea on when the car would be ready, etc. the emails with updates didn’t match what the employees say. When dropping off car, the guy didn’t even want to deal with me anymore after I paid him. He just said he’s have the rental company pick it up. Well they didn’t. He was too preoccupied with his “conference call” from like 11-12. So he barely had time to ask the questions I needed. Never again will I return.

As of this date I am very satisfied with the repair results on Ford Fusion. Mike and the receptionist were very friendly and very professional. They were very explicit and extremely punctual. Super great service and outstanding service. So far extremely satisfied and appreciate the service.
