Being without my car for so long I wanted to get any & all damage repaired while it was in the shop. I requested additional quotes to do get everything fixed (not necessarily done from this specific claim) but I did not receive them. When I called and asked about it I was told that the rear fender was already fixed due to the damage from the hit & run on the opposite side, but it was not. It had only been painted over. The damage to the front grill from prior hit & run was also not addressed. My husband did get through at the last minute to have some minor damage to the passenger mirror repaired that I had previously inquired about.

At the minute, i am struggling to get my car to past an emission test due to "I don't know what " that have been done to my car...in addition to many others issues you should be accountable for.
The worst and and most deceptive service i ever have in my life.
My car condition was like a car you just bought from a graveyard, after being exposed for 3 months under a harsh sun and after going through an Oklahoma thunderstorm.Can barely see from both windows, especially driver side window.I didn't have an option to consult another provider for almost $7 thousands repair of **** wheel.I am drafting a complaint email as soon I get a chance to corporate... that I will make sure to get to the hands of the right peoples.

Ok I chose Service King not knowing anything about them. But I explained my situation to Dawn/Ashley/Julio and they went above and beyound to have my 2016 Nissan Versa by the time I REALLY needed it. My car looks AMAZING and looks just like I drove off Nissan lot. Thank You very much Service King Collision!!!!!

My car is dirtier than I left it with marks left on the interior, the bumper looks worse than it did before, the front light did not get fixed, my window won’t stay up when rolled up, the side mirror won’t adjust, and there is a horrible burning smell when driving and accelerating. Very dissatisfied.
