Daniel, I am already sure understands my frustration between Service King and USAA. In my opinion, Service King should not be so cavalier about the other representatives and ensure both sides understand the total situation. I did not appreciate having to correct enterprise because Seevice King and USAA were not on the same page. I also repeatedly had to tell Service King, USAA had waived the deductible. This were small issues, and overall Service King was pretty good, but i feel there is room for improvement.

Over all quite happy with the way things played out. However I live out of start (got rear ended on a road trip) and my one request was to have as much heads up as possible on the completion date so my flight could be purchased in advance. Due to backordered parts the car took a few weeks longer than expected but I still basically got the "your car will be ready tomorrow" call I had been asking to avoid for a month or so.
