My advisor Bryan Ebmeyer was great at keeping me informed of the status of the repair all throughout the process via calls, emails, and texts. I have never experienced a thorough communication experience such as this one. He followed-up on the dates and times he said he would, which I sincerely appreciated! The other staff I interacted with in the office were very upbeat and professional which I found to be very satisfying. The work on the vehicle looks fantastic.
