I am satisfied with everything except how the person that retouched the inside of my door treated my things. I don't know what her name was I just know it was a woman. But she moved all the stuff out of my door, which is fine but when she put it back she shoved everything back in one spot and broke some CDs and scratched the rest of them. If she knew she couldn't get everything back how I had it she could have just left it in the passenger seat. That was very rude of her and it makes service king look bad on y'alls part. It was poor customer service on her part. The guy (micheal) that was helping me did take care of it and ordered me new CDs but I believe that y'all should know about how this lady treats your customers and their things.

The facial is popping out and I told the guy that was helping me instead of him letting me keep the rental he told me to bring it back at my convience now.i dont have the rental

Everyone I dealt with (which were multiple people) all kept me completely updated with the repairs on my truck and did a great job. The tint job on my driver side window has a slight tear at the top about the size of a dime. Besides that there is nothing I would change about the complete process. All of the people I dealt with were great and took care of me. I am completely satisfied.

I came in expecting a long drawn out process. My family members warned me how much trouble it is to get your car repaired after an accident. I was very surprised when I got to service king! It was so easy, I wasnt there long. They had me in a rental car and on my way in about an hour. Andrew answered my questions and kept me informed the entire time! I really felt like Andrew was working only on my vehicle. I will say the only part of my experience that was subpar was the rental agency. I was picked up by Enterprise Rental. The guy picking me up was on the cell phone and continued to talk while I was getting in the suv. As my service rep Andrew told me "this is your rental" I asked again since the guy in the car was not wearing any kind of Enterprise anything..."are you sure" Andrew assured me opend the car door and helped me in with my things. The driver for enterprise had his seat pushed very far back so far that he could look out the back window. He did make small talk and the vehicle smelled like smoke. Once I was put into my rental it also smelled like smoke. I had to fabreez it every day while I had it. Service King rocked the repair and customer service. well my service king advisor Andrew Helleck had great customer service he tolok time out of his day to e-mail and call me to let me know every step they where take to repair my truck and how it was coming along and the prosses they where taking . i didnt ever think that . i appreciated that so my exerience was very positived and i would recmanded he to friend and family or even just someone I meet .
