My service advisor kept me up to date with my repairs and made me really feel like I chose the right place to fix my vehicle. The end results are fabulous. I had my doubts due to the paint color but he proved me wrong. A job.

My vehicle, a 2012 Chrysler 200, still had a dent, paint chips, and the rubber door seal was not sealed. I had to drive 30 minutes over there to see that my car was still not completely repaired. The gentleman that brought my car around offered an apology and marked all of the spots to be fixed. My only complaint was that nobody had seemed to have taken the time to make sure it was ready to go before I was notified. It was a waste of my gas and time. I am hopeful that it will be completed the next time it is ready.

I was not informed that I would be charged for four days rental when in fact I had the car for less far than 72 hours....and less than 100 miles on it. Enterprise error I guess. Service king was great.

It took a really long time for the car to be fixed. Every other day they found something else wrong. I feel that they should have checked it out more carefully when they initially looked at it.
