I want to complement the Service King Mansfield Texas Center, especially Marco Sierra and the manager Brad. I came in with a simple bumper re-paint due to a non-liability incident. Marco explained the process and helped me get the insurance company rental. The insurance company paying for the incident turned horribly irresponsible after additional damage was found. Marco and Brad arranged for my car to still be repaired and delivered it in excellent shape, and dealt with the insurance company on my behalf. I would like to again thank Marco Sierra and Brad for all they did giving me a positive experience with Service King and reason to recommend Service King to my friends.

Chipped paint on fender they were supposed to paint can't seem to line up body molding evenly or in a straight line. Didn't Line up fender properly causing it to scratch back bumper. And last but not least went threw all of my compartments of storage which just happens to be all my tools.

Told my simple bumper replacement would be ready right @ closing, 6:00. Arrived @ 5:50 to see my car outside of bay with no bumper - when I said I would just come back tomorrow to pick up, they said it was almost ready. We sat in parking lot watching them put on bumper in the dark (never pulled it in a bay ) using flashlights to install. At 6:30 they brought my car out to me - molding on bumper was not attached correctly & protruded out and protective clear coat strip added on top of bumper had bubbles underneath....was told to come back next day (Sat) @ 9:00. Upon getting into car to leave, large lug sole footprints of dirt/grease all over driver side mat. Saturday @ 9:00 was told needed to leave off car - no call made to let me know when ready. Showed up @ 12:15 knowing closing was ****:00, told car was ready, they were just washing it...front desk staff left @ ****:00, I sat outside till ****:15 when car was brought out. Again waiting another hour !!! Molding was finally right, dirty footprints cleaned, but clearcoat lots of bubbles still ( told to put car in sun & they would come out ...has not helped!). Once home, noticed movemt in bumper - looking underneath, several skews missing ....very hesitant to come back & be forced to leave my car off or waste more hours waiting - even if there is a "lifetime guarantee".
