The work was sub-standard. Vehicle was 100% free of having ANY chips in paint. I now have several minor chips in paint on bed of truck. My tailgate now has what looks like spot where top coat and paint chemically removed. Decal that was replaced is backwards and has bubble. Bumper that was replaced etc.

Despite notification that work was complete, it was not. I was advised that the notifications were computer generated and not wholly reliable. Really nice as I got up early on a Saturday and turned in my rent car before I found out work wasn't complete. Sorry? Yes, I am.
