The repair is done with ill fitring parts that are also different color.Some parts not replaced at all despite calls to pick up the car.
It will definitely need further repairing to restore some semblance of pre accident appearance.

I have paint chips and scratches, the parts replaced are bowed out and do not line up. Parts are missing. Weather stripping missing. Car was filthy and the inside covered in a thick layer of dust on dashboard, headliner and seats. Very unsatisified.

The flow of information could be better. If someone tells you they will call you then they should. Several times I was told I would be called or the part was due to come in on a certain day only to having neither be true. It’s frustrating to try to plan on this type of communication method. I received only a few texts with updates that gave basic info of where the car was in the process. I originally had a rental car which was returned based on the informed completion date only to have that date pushed back 2 additional days. Since this is my fourth time coming to this facility and I’ve dealt with the same persons twice and 2 other personnel on different events I have a pretty good understanding of the process. To this point, this service king gets a “C” on there overall communication with customers. On a positive note, I’ve been very pleased with the front desk personnel and mostly with the repairs although I’ve had to point out and bring back 2 vehicles for incomplete, broken or missing items.

The work was awesome but I got a text on Saturday at 940 am that I would get a call to arrange a time to pick up car never got one Saturday finally I called on Monday to see about my car and when I could pick it up I would have be nice to get a call my car was ready and not a text

Repair took way to long, being told 3 different times my vehicle would be ready every day I was supposed to pick up I was told another date, that day came around oh it would be ready another day, customer service sucked and For having my vehicle for over a week almost Two, you would think the repair work would be perfect, will NOT Recommend This Company and Definitely will Not Back

Love the Mansfield Texas location! They’ve always treated me right and done an excellent job on my cars! Once I had to take a car to another location in Ft Worth and the service and work were not good. I’ll always go to this location when I need accident repairs. staff is super friendly and always informative. If locations in Texas get recognized for excellent work, this one should be at the top of the list!!!

On the hold very happy with my Service King experience. All personnel were cery nice and very cooperative and knowledgable. Only issue were repeated up dates that turned our not to be quite correct. Otherwise very good service and personnel.
