It was repaired incorrectly and was not accepted both times I was called and told it was ready and I drove to the shop both times and found 2 different major defects with the repair work, so the truck is still at the shop to be repaired correctly. I recommend updating this message/feedback system to reflect the correct status of the repair work.

I asked to receive daily updates. I did not. I had to call and check on the progress. I was i itially told it would be ready on the 15th. I did not receive confirmation of completion. I called on tbe 17th and was told the bumper had just artived but it would probably be done by end of day. It wasn't. No contact. I called on tbe 19th at noon and asked. It was comoleged on tbe 18th but I was not told nor was I called tbe morning of the 19th. I should not have had to keep calling for updates.

Everyone was professional, informative, pleasant, helpful & courteous. From the beginning to the end. They may have even washed my car including vacuuming it because I don't remember it being that clean when I dropped it off! A great experience including the rental car young man.
