Service King was great to work with. Very pleased with their work and communication. Not so much happy with the service from Enterprise. I had an appt set up in advance and needing a rent car was noted in the appt. My appt was at 7 am. I was done doing business with service king by 7:10, but had to wait until 8 am for someone to open up Enterprise. This made me over an hour late to work which is why I set the appt up first thing in the morning so I wouldn't miss work. Service king did their job but Enterprise failed big time. And I absolutely hated the vehicle that they gave me. It stunk and was the most uncomfortable vehicle I have ever been in. Please don't let Enterprise ruin all the great work that is done at service king!!
