2nd Eval: Received updates but not toward end of service. Was told RAV would be ready on 3/7 but no update. Called & was told would be ready on 3/8 but no update. Had to call again to learn that it would be ready after final inspection late in day! Tech, Brett, was extremely courteous & apologetic for delays in updates. Training or promptings could easily fix this drop in service.

The service was good until you called them out on the ‘repairs’ that were made, I went to get the car back and it looked horrible. It took me going there for the 3rd time to get the car for the to make the repairs in okay condition. Hood still doesn’t line up, supposed to paint the bumper AGAIN but instead the scraped the paint off on the edge of bumper to make it look like the paint was not chipped. NEVER will I go back there and I recommend no one else does! RIDICULOUS service, body workers, paint workers should be fired. So should the Geico adjuster that works there

Appreciated text message updates. Appreciated Bill taking the time to personally explain to me what they found in diagnostic mode and what was done to repair the problem. At first the front desk just handed me the folder and the keys. I requested a discussion of the repair and he didn’t hesitate to do so. Also, the rental car side of things was painless. Corrections were readily made on the size of the vehicle to be consistent with what we were told by the Geico rep over the phone. The overall experience was very good. We would use Service King again if the need arose.
