Good customer service!!!

I will be bringing my car back to you so you can make it right.

Brian worked hard to get it right.

The body work on the car is excellent. The lady at the front is very friendly and took care of getting the paperwork started and finalized. Unfortunately if she told me her name I don’t remember other than she is from Georgia. The Service Advisor, Brett, explained about any issues with the car and kept me up to date. He has a very calm, laid back personality that listens and answers questions. That is a very good quality to have when dealing with all kinds of personalities. I really liked receiving the text messages with updates. I hope I don’t have future vehicles that need to be fixed, but if it does happen I will definitely bring them to the Service King in Mansfield!!!

Repairs took exceptionally Long. Though I got updates on status of completion I never got updates or even an initial overview of the work actually being done to my van. Also- my interior was covered with shop dust. It’s a thick layer of dust/dirt that I’ve had to spend a long time cleaning.

Thank you for keeping updated. USAA RECOMMENDS YOU they have never let me down. Great work!

The actual repair is great. The women at the front desk acted as if my being therir was an inconvenience. Nothing welcoming about either of them. The repair time was updated by text indicating one more day. I called the next day near closing time to check status as I had heard nothing from anyone (other than the text). A man answered the phone and didn’t give me his name. He was in a hurry to get me off the phone rather than tell me status on the car. Wasn’t until the final day when I called that I actually spoke to the person assigned to my repair (JT). The car was ready at closing time on Friday. No updates about why the delay. Not a great experience.

Communication was really great and I really like mr. Pesentnell very good at what he do thank you

Will be returning Thursday for rework. Nothing was symmetrical on the repair.

Things went very smooth and my daughter had her first hand experience with this process. Miss Carmen at the front counter and also Josh was such professionals that made everything completely comfortable and we are proud to live in a city/community that we are comfortable with having somewhere to take our vehicles and know that we are going to be in good hands and things are going to be taken care of in a professional manner thank you to the service king staff technicians and also enterprise connection on renting a car that process was made very easy once again I want to thank Josh for extending his services complete my daughter said she was very comfortable with the process she’s 18 and I would hope that this experience will give her the chance to see how professional business is handled you guys set a great example for the community of Mansfield thank you very much .
