I think my car was a hard job to put back together. It seems the people at Service King worked hard to do that and so far I think they’ve done good work. I am very pleased! They were also super nice every time I had any kind of Contact with them. They even delivered my car to me when the job was complete!

Your business did an excellent job! I appreciate the attention to detail and the extra mile you went to correct scratches on my bumper that were unrelated to the collision! I am most impressed with your professionalism and efficiency in which you handled my claim. This was my first collision and I pray it was my last, but if I ever have another one, I will seek your services. Service King, GEICO, and Enterprise make an awesome team!

From day one we have had nothing but courteous employees help us & especially Kevin. He was very nice & professional & very down to earth ... you guys need more locations like that & run by those type of employees

Service Rep, Kevin, was extremely helpful and courteous. In fact, my only disasisfaction was the phone call I made on Friday, 9/14 around 4 o’clock. I called back in response to Kevin telling me my car would be ready but had to ask for time off from my job in order to do so. After talking to my Manger about the situation he said he would try and let me go to do that between 11-12. So, I called Service King back. I told the lady who picked up I was calling back and they could expect me tomorrow between 11-****. At which point, she rudely informed “Okay. No. We’re only open 9-12. So you can pick up yor car from 9-12.”. Her tone of voice was the absolute b*tchiest most condesending voice I have ever heard deal woth a customer and, as someone who works in Customer Service, her attitude was absolutely unexceptable. I was in so much shock at the absolute distespect I hung up. I am a customer at your store, not a stalker that has all store hours memorized. All that was necesary was a “Actually, we’re only open till 12 tomorrow.” In the futute, given the option, I wouldn’t return for the sole reason of her disregard for customers. It’s extremely disapointing to be treated like that by one person when everyone else was extremely nice and accommodating (eveb when I asked stupid questions about my car.)

Yall did a very good job. I just have one problem. With my key in my pocket I can lock my doors by touching the button on my door. But now my passenger side won't lock. But other then that yall did a very good job. Like brand new. Thank you.
