Outstanding work!. All representatives were very professional and kind. They had all the answers to my questions and made sure I understood what they intended to do to my vehicle and service king did what they said they would do. I would recommend to my friends and family. I'm very pleased.

I was in a car accident and I took my car by Service King just for an estimate. I thought it would be a hassle getting it repaired, getting a rental car and so forth. I was amazed at the service. Enterprise has a car rental on location at Service King. Within thirty minutes, I had my estimate, left my car and was in a rental. My car was repaired in less than forty eight hours! I would highly recommend the Service King in Mansfield. The office front desk manager was amazing along with the estimator and the manager over the repairs! A great experience!

Joshua did not text or call me to keep me posted on the process. I had to make the calls. I called the day of the pickup to ask if it was ready he said " I think so" - I had to ask him to check He asked for my debit card number over the phone- I found that to be unacceptable. He wanted to drive my car to me. Not comfortable with that. I went to pay at the shop and get my car. I questioned a few charges and felt he was not happy with me- he held onto my car keys instead of leaving them with the receptionist. IF I have to bring my car back for any reason I will not work with Joshua Lee again

Went to pick up car as instructed. Discovered the front passenger side of car had been overlooked. Upon further inspection it was decided to put the vehicle back into the shop. Everyone was very apologetic but it was very frustrating. Hoping for a better outcome. Have had previous repairs with Service King and was very satisfied.

From point A to point B the experience of being “inconvenience” by another drivers inability to drive and follow the law.....Geico and service king made it more bearable. I lived tbe cindtant updates on the status of my car repairs. The fri t desk ladies to Geico rep and the service manager is the reason why I choose service king I Mansfield. I’ve brought my daughters car into Mansfield service king and she lives in Fort Worth just few miles from another service king. So yes I recommend service king Mansfield

Took way to long to get, then when it was done, it was not done right. Had it another two days to fix. The customer service was better than the repair work. They were very nice about it, and made sure it got fixed.

The service team disconnected one of the battery cables and didn’t tighten it back. The car would not start the next morning and I could have been potentially stranded on my way home from picking it up the day before.Service king called a tow truck and I had to have my car towed back to them so they could tighten the cables. They did take care if the tow fee. The service advisor initially said the service team didn’t work on the engine only the body of the vehicle before he ever checked with the team to see if they indeed disconnected the cables. The gentleman from the service team apologized but seemed to make light of my inconvenience
