The communication about when my vehicle could be picked up was not provided when promised, which made it difficult to coordinate picking up car. However, the receptionist I dealt with was honestly wonderful throughout, really a great service provider.

I thought everyone was exceptionally nice and professional. I esp. fell in love with the receptionist; she even called Enterprise to help resolve a misunderstanding/confusion. Repair was done well an promptly. They set up a rental car reservation and had someone pick me up from the rental car service!

My rep Chris was the most patient and professional! i admit to being a high-maintanance customer, but Chris always kept his cool and was straight forward with me. whenever a problem arose, he offered solutions. i was a little stressed at times with dealing with insurance and rental, but chris stood firm and professional. He kept his cool throughout even though when I did not. My best regards to all. And BTW the car came out looking better than expected. thank u!

The paint job was not acceptable. Very obvious on both sides of vehicle where new paint stopped and old paint starts. We left our vehicle there. The car has been at Service King since December 29th and was not ready until February 10th due to waiting on body parts.

Fender isn't aligned properly and there are two dents and some chipped paint where my step bars were replaced that was not even addressed. In addition, even though I had stated upon initial inspection each of these items, I had also explained I was hit very hard from the side and it likely messed up my suspension and alignment. Those comments were ignored until body work was done, then it couldn't be aligned, so my car had to be kept another 2 weeks waiting for parts to correct that. If only the initial inspection had been done properly and my comments documented, all these items would have been addressed and it would be a much more pleasant experience for me and probably more efficient and profitable for you. Now my car will have to be brought back to you, simply to correct items that are very obvious and were noted beforehand.
