They called to say the car was ready for pick up and I assumed that meant they had cleaned the car and that it was ready for pickup. When I got in the car, it was clear that the interior of the car had NOT been wiped down after the work was completed. It also appeare that they didn’t bother to put a paper liner down to protect the floor mat. They took the car back to wipe down the interior when I complained but the floor mat still has dirty footprints.
Additionally I’m still waiting for a part to come in and they didn’t mention that at all at pickup. We’ll see how they are on follow up on this point.

Worst experience I’ve ever had getting a vehicle fixed at service king. I highly discourage anyone to use this location. I felt they lied to me over and over. I think they accepted my car even though they were full and wouldn’t finish it on time just to make more money. They didn’t keep me informed about my car until I got the corporate office involved and even then when the gm was dealing with me and said he’d call me back that afternoon with an update....NOTHING! Worst experience! I’m not sure what the difference is between here and the location down south by slaughter lane and 35 but they need to go there for training and learn how to treat customers and complete a job in the original time quoted.
