We were a bit apprehensive about having the repairs done at Service King because of friends recent experiences. But since we have been dealing with them since they were B & B, we went ahead with it. Kevin Gomez made everything so easy. He went way above what we could have ever expected and put us right at ease. Service advisor Josh had upset me whith how much he commented on how dirty the inside of my car was at time of drop off. All of my belongings were out But I didn't get dirt and hair out of floor boards. When we did walk around he mentioned that "normally we detail cars before they get returned, but this is a little much and I'm not gonna break my equiment to clean it." I replied that I didn't care if it got detailed because that's not why I have it there. When I came to pick up we once again did the walk around and he commented again that obviously we didn't clean the inside. I know it's not THAT big of a deal, but I did take some offense to it and thought it was very impolite to comment on, he could've just not mentioned detailing the inside at all and it wouldn't have been an issue. There was problems with my reservation when I first came in but we got them resolved fairly quickly. The drop off process went pretty smoothly with both service kings and enterprise and I was very satisfied with the work quality and amount of time it took, same with pick up. My only complaint was how un professional he sounded about my car, followed by please give us 10's when you do the survey
