The repair was great, my car some how looked better then before, I'm problem was when the sales guy was getting very loud and aggressive when I asked if i can keep my old parts. I did not understand...also he keep trying to change the subject then lied about it then made up stuff. The manager was understanding of his employees but accommodated me. But made it seem that they where doing a favor for me..

Customer service was top notch, however paint job on bumper included many paint bubbles (indicative of a very bad paint job). I don't want to pay for another rental to get this fixed, so I'm stuck with this.

The customer service was excellent at the South Austin location. Daniel took care of my car and walked me through every step of the way. I never had to call to get an update he would always call and update me. He worked tirelessly to make sure that my car was safe. When it wasn’t ready on time he drove it to a dealership to get one of the service lights off and had my car aligned again because he noticed it pulled to the right so that I could pick it up the next day. My drive home was peaceful because of all the work he put into my car. Thank you Daniel for turning my car accident from a horrible situation into completely feeling at peace when I drive my car. I cannot thank you enough!
