Service King definitely lived up to it’s name. This was my first experience using Service King and they didn’t disappoint. Everything went great from start to finish. The environment and staff were very inviting. Everyone was eager to help me get my vehicle fixed and back on the road. I was constantly informed on the status of my repairs and everything ran on schedule. I could tell they had my best interest in mind and made it a point to see I was happy and satisfied with the work... and I was! Thank you!!

Poorest customer service ever. Jonathan told me to come at 3:00 or 3:30. Arrived at 4:15. Not ready. My wife had left. Stranded. No one at receptionist desk. One customer walked out disgusted. Line formed. No one acknowledged us. Finally was told it hadn’t been washed. Jonathan disappeared to the back. At 5:00 pm was told it was ready. No apologies. Asked to see the manager. Never saw him. Was not walked to my car to inspect it until I asked. During the 45 minute wait, my paperwork was never processed. Jonathan said he washed it himself. Tech wouldn’t help him he told me. Told me car wasn’t as clean as it should be. True. Windshield was dirty. Still dust on it in places. I have gone to that location 4-5 times. I would not recommend it now to anyone.

A dent that was not seen by me, Service King Advisor, or insurance inspector was on my trunk near the area of repair. Service King advisor claims a shadow on the picture shows it was there before. If we can all see it now, why was it not seen or documented before?!? Considering it is a dent in the trunk, and I got rear ended, this seems impossible that it would get overlooked by 3 people during inspection. Also said they didn’t touch the sides of my car, yet the stuck these plastic protective covers around my rear doors.....why?!? I didn’t want them there and there was nothing wrong with the sides of my car.

No need to call. Didn’t like how long the repairs took. Also, we had vehicle towed to Service King. After several days of no contact, I finally reached out myself only to find out there were forms needed to get the car started Wish we had been contacted in a more timely manner. Or actually just contacted at all.

I have had multiple repairs by yall and this repair I felt that I was not listen to on what I wanted. I asked for eztra work to be done that I was paying for outside of the insurance claim and the work did not get done so now I am having to have another company do it. Plus communication from agent was next to nothing I heard more from text service than agent working my repair. Just service all around just was not good.
