There were some problems / delays regarding a repair that was not included in the original claim / estimate that I asked to be examined the day I got an estimate and again the day I dropped off my car. It was not a visible damage but an internal one that was not functioning after the wreck. So I had to wait much longer for my car to be officially done. Insurance was only covering a set time for my rental but second approval request for internal repair wasn’t submitted until the last day of rental. So if the insurance found that it was not part of the accident I would have had to pay for rental after due date. This was a learning experience for me and I will be sure to have the auto shop include all repairs in writing before signing anything. Multiple verbal requests were not enough and may have been missed or forgotten on their end. Luckily they found that it was part of the wreck and the insurance paid for my rental extension. The car was fixed and looks great. They also cleaned my car thoroughly. In the end it all worked out but I would ask for them to listen to customers from the beginning when they mention an issue if it is not visible or included in the original estimate. Thank you.

Service tech was very professional and assured me not to worry about anything. Car was ready before estimated time frame and that was a plus for me considering the insurance company placed me in something extremely smaller than what I drive.
