Now days is very difficult to find good customer service. Service King provided excellent service. My representative kept me informed throughout the whole process and answered all of my concerns. The staff in general was very friendly and helpful. I thank Service King for its excellent service.

Mr Salazar was very helpful from the beginning to the end. He made sure I was up to date on the repairs on my vehicle by sending me text messages and following up with a phone call. He always had a smile and made me feel very welcomed, that my repair was important. You have a GREAT asset with him being part of your team at Service King!

Everyone was very professional and friendly. The receptionist was very helpful and lovely and the gentleman who fixed my car was awesome and just the best. I was recommended by someone to go here and now I know why. Thank you guys so much.

It was nice to get updates on the progress of the repairs. I received several updates via text, but what was most impressive was getting personal calls with updates. I like the personal touch!!!!

Great experience here. Although my repairs took longer than originally expected, I was updated frequently as new parts were ordered for new problems found with my vehicle along the way. All staff members were friendly and professional both over the phone and in person. Will definitely be coming back should I ever need repairs again. Thanks for making the process easy and worry free!

It was a Terrible experience! Service rep did not keep status of my car. After a week of no communication. I called Service King to status of my repairs. Could not get a straight answer regarding status or timing of completion. I elevated my concerns to manger. Was told that car would be ready at end of week. Got no communication the remainder of week. I called on Friday to get time to pick up car. After waiting 10 minutes on hold. Was told it would be Monday. Called on Monday car still not ready and when I asked why? Got a response about status from the receptionist. She had no knowledge whatsoever but communicated that it might be ready tomorrow. Needless to say it was not ready the next day. Service Rep and mangemt were misleading and not transparent through our process. Will not be a customer again. Please do not call me to explain after the fact.
