Alonzo and his team were polite, professional and fast. They gave frequent updates on the status of my repair and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Service King on Westheimer!

There was a loose piece of plastic fairing found on my car when I got home. My wife was trying to take the car back to your service center and found that our other key would not work to open the door. She has been waiting at home for a tow truck to come to get her and the car. This is unacceptable and should have been avoidable if the job was performed properly initially, to include addressing the other key.

In short, Brad was phenomenal with both his professionalism and his service. This was the second time I’ve reached out to Service King since moving to Houston and have been in need of auto repairs. So far Service King is 2 for 2 and I fully intend on continuing bringing my service to this company. I was in a particularly bad situation dealing with mediating between my insurance company, the rental company, and the auto body shop. My insurance company was making my experience exceedingly difficult, Brad was able to solve my problem in a heartbeat and that will not be forgotten. It was a tremendous act that turned my entire night around. I would also like to give thanks to the wonderful lady at the front desk for her patience and diligence for making my experience with Service King after my auto accident so much smoother and going above and beyond to ensure I had a rental car available to me and much more. Thank you for making it so much easier to know who I will return to for auto service and refer my friends to in unfortunate auto accidents.
