I was very satisfied with my whole experience getting my car repaired at Service King. I loved the way they worked directly with my insurance company and the car rental company. Thanks Service King! I will define use you again should the need arise.

An outstanding experience!

Front left tire and rim were replaced as part of repairs . Tire pressure sensor is not working for that tire as shown on dash control center and message center indicates a problem. I’m traveling thru Wednesday so will have to schedule a return visit for Thursday or Friday of this week.

Exceptional customer service from the beginning to the end! I have been a long time customer of this company and location. Up until my last visit to the service location in 2016/2017 I was satisfied. That last experience was so horrible I was adamant that I and my family would not return. I also stopped recommending both the location and company. This recent experience changed my mind. I want to also emphasize that not only was this an exceptional consumer experience but by far exceeded my previous experience when I had been satisfied. Annalyssa was not aware of my previous bad experience. Therefore I can only feel that the experience I had is the new norm. The bar is now reset. Exceptional! Thank you.
