Unfortunately for your rating, your service fell apart on communication. Therefore I can not say I was completely satisfied, even for a free carwash. But after I contacted manager Kris, he did complete job on a higher note. My car looks good so My opinion: Utilize the computers to enhance not replace people. Pick up the phone and talk with clients.
