The claim process was excellent with USAA. everything was handled quickly and efficiently. The Enterprise Rental was great as well. Service King was not so good. First I had to call and make an appointment with a Call Center out off state. I was running late to my appointment and called in to say I was going to be an hour late. I was told I could only be 15 mins late or would have to wait another week and a half. I broke my neck to get there 15 mins late and was told to getmy rental first and did not see the service advisor for **** hour and 3 mins after my scheduled appointment. I could have been a hour late and nobody would have noticed. I made the mistake of giving them a custodsy call. Furthermore they did not fix my call correctly (it was not properly buffed). Manager called me to see to see if I was satisfied and I told her about the scheduling nightmare and that the car needed to be rebuffed. She made an appointment. I called the day before my appointment and nobody knew anything about it. The call center didn't know. The Shop didnt know. Talked to the manger. She thought I talked to the Assistant Manager and that I could come in and that i woukd not be on the calender. This company that calls themselves Service King does not provide good service. You deal with a call center (at arms length) and the communication between the call center and the shop is not good so it creates more problems than it sloves, and they dony fix you car right the first time.

Jennifer was amazing! She did all she could to get my car back to me ASAP and at a little cheaper price because the person was paying out of pocket. She was warm and friendly and had a wonderful attitude about everything. Thank you to Jennifer.
The part I was disappointed about was even though I said from the moment I walked in that the work would be paid for out of pocket by my neighbor, she was denied that ability when it was time to pay. The manager was there when I arrived and my neighbor was ready to pay, but he told her that because the car was in my name, I had to pay. Thank goodness there was an easy way to take care of it with technology these days because otherwise we would have had to come back the next day. She had to transfer money to one account in order to be able to pay me through Venmo. I was very dissapointed. The manager said something about how it is possible that the person could pay with their card and then close the card. That is the most rediculous reasoning.
Enterprise had no trouble transferring it over so she could pay for my rental.
Through all that, my car seems to be back to normal and I am very excited to finally have it back. Wonderful job Jennifer and the Service King guys that did the work on my car.
