Communication. I was kept on getting regular text messages on the status of my car. I don’t why I was not informed through text that my insurance will not cover the front right fender of car. I was told I was given a call and a message was left but I didn’t get the message. Should I at least be notified by text if I wasn’t able to answer the phone?
Coverage: your adjuster said that the insurance person refuse the coverage on that fender. But my contact in the insurance said they will cover. So who is telling the truth? According to the adjuster it is the insurance who determines the coverage, but according to Farmers it is the shop determines what will be covered. I’m confused.

Onésimo Moreno did a great job of keeping me abreast of the repair activities almost daily. The estimated time frame was reasonable. In the end the repairs were completed ahead of schedule.
