A technician made a negative comment in reference to me wanting my car working properly. “It’s not they big of a deal” is not a comment anyone wants to hear when they’re asking for a solution to the exact problem. The car wasn’t being returned to me working in the way it should’ve been. While others were very nice & eagerly trying to solve the issue, that one guy ruined the experience because he voiced how unimportant fixing my door was to him.
