At this time no. When I arrived to pick up my truck yesterday, it was not cleaned. Jonathan, took it to be washed. That is not a big deal. The fog lamps did not work. Again, Jonathan took care of it. This is QA issue in my opinion. When I got home, I discovered the fender skirt was not replaced or noted in the estimate. I went back this morning and talked to Johnny Gonzalez. He indicated he would follow up with Farmer's. If you guys have a QA department they dropped the ****. My opinion can change, provided,the skirt is addressed and I find no other surprises.

Scheduling a repair before you leave on vacation is not recommended. Signed paperwork on Tuesday and scheduled tow pick up, call Friday and still hadn't been picked up due to it showing "in repair" since I signed papers. Told it would be picked up,called Saturday and my veichle was still at home. Caused delays on repairs, on top of that insurance and Service King didn't communicate properly with each other and I spend my own time following up to clarify on what's actually being done since both blamed each other for delays. I picked up my veichle on a Monday with a dead battery due to some wheel lights Service King couldn't figure how to turn off on a Friday. I did not receive a phone call or message asking me how to turn off, it was only through a bluetooth app. Worst experience I've had at a Service King facility

My trunk isn't closing the way it did prior to my bringing it in for service. I am having to slam it, which is very loud and alarming. Also it is supposed to lift when I pop the trunk or it pops automatically from the key sensor but it only unlatch, it doesn't lift anymore. I noticed it when I got off work today in needing to out my bags in the trunk. Normally I can approach the trunk, it senses the key and pops 9en without me having to lift it myself and I could just place my bags in it and close.
