The only complaint I have is that the repair time was longer than expected due to the first part ordered not being a good fit and I had to keep the rental longer at my expense. The fact that Service King ordered the wrong part was not my fault yet I had to endure the expense.

Everyone was very professional and didn't take long to finish the repairs. They send weekly texts and courtesy calls updating which was very helpful. They also vacuum the inside of my car when the service was to repair the back bumper.

There is residue on my trims from what looks like paint, also the front bumper has smears or overspray on it and several imperfections on the paint that I sam such as residue on the driver's door
