Ariel walked me through all the repairs, do's and dont's with the paint and all the warranty information. A service engine light came on after he brought my car out and he immediately took it back to check. It went back off but he said any problems to let him know. Unfortunately, it did come back on after I drove it home and I called him. I brought it back up and he immediately took care of it and had it back on the road again. Ariel was very friendly, courteous and respectful of answering any questions I had.

My car was in the shop for 2 weeks. When I got it back, the antenna was not reattached, 4 old pieces of the car were remaining in different parts of the vehicle, and a huge square of sticky residue from a sticker they had apparently put on my windshield was remaining...still haven't been able to get it off. For the 7,000 that they charged my insurance, this seems like a bit of a sloppy job.

When I dropped off my car my experence and service was good, except for the fact that despite the fact that I made an appointment to drop off my car, SK acted like they were surprised I was there and were not ready to receive me for a while. The appraisal and arranging a rental car went smoothly, but my wife had a very frustrating experience when dropping off the minivan. Again, even though we were told to drop off Tuesday morning, the SK employees were surprised to see she was there and acted like they didn't know what was going on. Luckily my wife had all the paperwork. When I arranged a rental car, I told the guy from enterprise I had 3 small children that rode in the minivan that needed car seats so whatever rental I got needed to be able to hold 3 car seats, and I was willing to pay extra for that. Well, the rental car that was brought for us was a Buick sedan that had no chance of fitting 3 car seats even though he signed me up to receive a SUV. It took my wife an hour and a half to drop off the minivan and get the car seats into the jeep.

Richard Shell did great! I wasn't expecting a long wait on my vehicle, but it was worth it job well done! I do have one small mishap though... I did receive the textes of all the updates. For your future customers I'm sure that they would like a DAILY update of their vehicle. Because I know I would have liked one. Which I did not receive. Whether you have people working on the vehicle or still in the holding process. I'm sure your customers would like to know the status of their vehicle. Besides that, great job!
