When I picked up my car it had a large crack in the windshield. I was told the Geico guy had seen the rock chip that it originated from (we were not aware of it). Daryl seemed to know about it too. Instead of contacting us and letting us know about the rock chip (or you know, offering to fix it for us, for $$ of course), y'all just sat and let it crack our windshield in the heat while the car was in your possession. Now a $30 dollar repair has turned into a $300 dollar replacement. That is not what I would call a satisfactory repair experience.

It took 100 days to repair my car because we were waiting on parts. Having said that I was really impressed with the quality work that was done and I know it would've been done faster if the parts were available sooner. Zane kept me apprised the entire duration, calling me faithfully every week with updates very nice job done!

Car door would not open after unlocking, the metal rod in the inside door handle is missing, the electric windows didn't work properly. The door locks and windows were resolved on site. The rod situation is being addressed. On my way home, I noticed an issue with my console that was not present when I dropped it off. The console no longer locks in an up position. I have no proof of this because it was not part of the repair. I noticed it because I usually drive with the console in the up position. The service rep kept me informed and was nice. The main repair looks good. The reassembly and other items are an issue.

We had a rocky process, but repairs look good and the Tahoe drivers great. The car was returned clean and washed, that was a great surprise. The pictures showing the frame being replaced was a great way to keep me informed. Looks good.

Damage wasn't fully repaired and they want to say that my blinkers failed before the accident. How would I drive my car with no blinkers?
