The automated update Stephen kept me falsely "up to date" my claim manager I suppose left the company during my repair and no one ever called to update that the atom had the car backed up. When I called to see if I could pick it up the day it was estimated to be finished is when I was told the preordered parts came in wrong. 9 days after the estimate I was able to pick up the car only to find out the communication beteeen my insurance and service king had stopped, while my insurance company told me the deductible would be waved since the at fault party assumed responsibility no one told service king, so we ended up having to pay the $500 out of pocket. Maybe that was partially my fault as well perhaps I should have insisted met life call service king to update them on my claim status. After the 10 minutes it took to drive the car around (even after I called and said we are on our way to pick it up) we put our kids in the car and found a ton of dust all over the seats, door, and seat belts. It was disappointing that after a bad experience it was topped off by getting back a dirtier car than I gave them. I will say mike the claim manager that took over for the one that left did try his best getting us into a rental for 5 or the 9 days we were waiting for the car. Unfortunately a car that fit my family of 6 was not available and we were forced to take 2 cars on a little mini vacation we planned before the accident. I would give 5/10 stars if asked. Positives Mike tried to keep me up to date after my initial contact and expressed dissatisfaction, he got us into a rental (a challenge post ****), the repair itself looks great "brand new". Negatives: the automated "update system", the constant delay in getting wrong parts/ damaged parts, the lack of continued communication to the insurance company, getting back a car that was dirty on the inside.

Ease of estimate and check in, convenient Enterprise car rental on site. Car was repaired a couple days ahead of schedule. Agent kept me informed every step of the way which was very helpful because I was out of town for work and wife is a teacher. I would use for repairs for occasional paint dings and scratches.
