The major problem I had was I wasn’t notified of changes to my vehicle. State Farm gave consent to use old parts on my vehicle as if they were the owners. I should have been notified of any changes being made to my vehicle.

The work they did was outstanding. And some of the communication tools, like text updates I really appreciate. However their use of the tools in a consistent manner was lacking and probably had me asking more questions than those getting answered, especially since my completion date was moved twice at the very last minute. Better and more consistent communication would be fantastic.

Everyone was so helpful and polite! All staff members that helped me did a wonderful job of communicating to me what exactly is going on with the status of my car. My car looks good as new! I would definitely recommend them to my local friends.

The front door that was replaced is not properly attached to the car has a loose screw and it's making a popping sound should have been very obvious when they open and close the door no I have to take time out to take it back to them to fix it right even though it may have been an honest mistake inconvenience on my part other than that great job
